Cowin Equipment’s Takeuchi Territory Extends Into South Mississippi
Takeuchi has awarded additional territory to Cowin Equipment in southern Mississippi including Lamar, Forrest, Perry, Stone, Harrison, Jackson, George, and Green counties. Cowin also represents Takeuchi in Washington County, Ala.
Cowin Equipment Co. carries the full line of Takeuchi compact earthmoving equipment including compact excavators, compact track loaders, compact wheel loaders and skid-steer loaders as a full-service authorized distributor. Cowin also handles the Takeuchi rental business.
CEC was founded in 1938 and has remained a family-owned dealership and equipment rental company. It has carried the Takeuchi line for 12 years.
Cowin officials said they were pleased to be awarded the territory expansion. Based in Birmingham, Ala., the company is also a dealer for Volvo, Case, Grove, Kobelco and others and is No. 71 on the RER 100.
