The acquisition of Lewis Rents strengthens Neff Rentals in northern California, especially the San Francisco Bay Area.
Neff Corp. has acquired Lewis Rents, a single-location equipment rental business in San Lorenzo, Calif., founded in the 1950s. San Lorenzo is located in the East Bay, south of Oakland. The deal was effective Oct. 1.
