F&M Mafco, a Cincinnati-based suppliers of heavy rigging, crane rental, hoists, cranes and crane parts, onsite tooling, construction tools and supplies, has been awarded a General Services Administration contract under Schedule 56 and is certified to provide “Building and Building Materials, Industrial Services and Supplies” to the Federal Government. Acknowledging the growth in federal spending through the GSA, F&M Mafco has placed its wire and nylon rope sling product line on the government’s electronic ordering system, GSA Advantage.

“Our recent GSA contract award will greatly facilitate acquisition of our approved line of wire rope, nylon and polyester slings and associated products, as purchases can be made directly through the GSA website,” said Scott Speigle, customer account coordinator at F&M Mafco. “Our schedule will expand our reach beyond federal agencies to numerous state and municipal governments as we can now offer them access to our complete product line at fixed pricing.”

F&M Mafco supplies tooling and equipment to the power industry and has a large fleet of specialized construction and rigging equipment. The company supplies power plants, paper mills, coal preparation plants, steel mills, petrochemical plants, sewage treatment plans and industrial facilities around the world.
