Southeastern Hires New Rental and Sales Personnel

Southeastern Equipment has hired several new people for its rental and distribution operations.

Matt Nash has joined the company as fleet coordinator for the Dublin, Ohio, branch. Nash will be responsible for monitoring construction equipment through Case SiteWatch to identify performance issues, as well as scheduling required maintenance under Case ProCare. Nash previously was depot and operations manager at an excavation shoring rental company for four years, where he managed locations, developed sales presentations and trained sales reps and new operations employees.

Dane Moore also joined the company as sales representative for the Brunswick, Ohio, branch. His primary responsibility will be selling equipment lines such as Case, Kobelco and Gradall. Moore has more than 10 years of experience as a sales representative in the rental business.

Another new sales rep is Chris Holter who will work at the Gallipolis, Ohio, branch. Holter, who previously oversaw building maintenance and machinery operations at a farm and worked in retail sales, will also be selling Case, Kobelco and Gradall as well as other lines.

Matt Moore was hired as service manager for Southeastern’s Novi, Mich., branch, where he will be responsible for scheduling and completing repairs and maintenance service for heavy equipment, onsite and in the shop. Moore previously was a regional service manager for maintenance equipment firm.

Also Timothy Hewitt has joined the company as parts associate for the Indianapolis branch, where he will manage inventory, place orders and assist customers. Dewitt previously was a parts coordinator for a shipping company.

Based in Cambridge, Ohio, Southeastern Equipment Co. is No. 69 on the RER 100.
