Bill Law Returns to Volvo CE as Senior VP, Corporate Communications
Volvo Construction Equipment has named Bill Law senior vice president, corporate communications. Law has more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, primarily with Volvo, where he originally came to work in 1998.
Law, a native of Scotland, holds a degree in law. He held a number of senior positions with Volvo in Europe, Asia and the Americas before departing last year for global fashion retailer C&A, where he most recently was director of corporate communications.
As part of the senior executive management team, Law will be responsible for leading the development, coordination and delivery of Volvo CE’s corporate communication strategy, both internally and externally. He will be based at the company’s global headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, and will replace Klas Magnusson, who is retiring Oct. 1 after more than 17 years of service.
“I look forward to driving our corporate communications at this important time for the business,” Law said about his return to Volvo.
