NES Rentals, one of the largest aerial equipment rental companies in North America, announced that it was adding the MEC 60J 60-foot boomlift to its rental fleet as the unit’s exclusive rental provider. NES said this is the first annual fleeting arrangement of MEC equipment by NES Rentals in the companies’ five-year relationship and marks a significant step forward for both companies.
NES’ portfolio of MEC lifts already includes Crossover scissorlifts, Speed Level Sigma lifts and MEC Titan booms 40 and 60-S.
“Our mission is to continually seek out the newest, most innovative products that provide our customers with the tools that improve their safety, productivity and contribute to their total job satisfaction,” said Andy Studdert, chairman and CEO of NES Rentals. “The MEC 60J boom incorporates all the features that our customers have come to expect as standard, such as full time 4WD, 360-degree continuous rotation, active oscillating axle and 45 percent gradeability, a powerful and reliable 44-hp Kubota water-cooled, turbocharged diesel engine and all-steel component covers.”
NES currently operates 77 branches in 27 states in the Northeast, Midwest, Southeast and Gulf Coast and provides more than 600 different classes of equipment. Based in Chicago, NES Rentals is No. 11 on the RER 100.
