Todd Leiker Acquires Sole Ownership of High Reach Equipment LLC

Todd Leiker has become the sole owner of two-location High Reach Equipment LLC by buying out the shares of his two partners, Leiker said. Leiker co-founded the two-location, Wichita, Kan.-based company in 2001 along with two silent partners.

“I’ve been a minority owner of the business for a number of years and now that I have bought out my partners and have full control of the company, I plan on growing it further and taking it to the next level,” Leiker said.

Leiker, a 32-year equipment rental veteran, has been acting as general manager of the company since founding it. The company has a branch location in Hutchinson, Kan.

Fred Hageman, principal of Rental Acquisitions LLC, advised Leiker on the transaction, terms of which were not disclosed.
