H&E Equipment Services has relocated its Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, operation to its newly constructed facility in nearby Post Falls, Idaho, effective Dec. 1. The Post Falls store provides full-service coverage throughout northern Idaho, eastern Washington and western Montana.
The design-build facility is 12,000 square feet on 3.5 acres with office space, a parts warehouse and equipment yard area. Also, the new facility features an oversized 6-bay repair shop with a 5-ton overhead crane, 24-foot ceilings and 16-foot garage doors.
THE H&E Post Falls branch will continue to specialize in aerial work platforms, telescopic forklifts, compact and some large earthmoving equipment, and general construction equipment. Product manufacturers represented include: Allmand Brothers, Atlas Copco, Doosan, Gehl, Genie, JLG, Lincoln Electric, Magnum, Miller Electric, Multiquip, Skyjack, Skytrack, Takeuchi, Wacker-Neuson, Yanmar and others.
“Relocating to Post Falls is a very positive move for us,” said Ken Nelson, branch manager. “This change is all about expanding capabilities to better serve customers. Our new store is more centrally located, providing great access to our service territory; and the larger yard space will allow us to continue to expand and diversify our rental fleet. I am also really pleased with our new expanded shop, which is fully equipped with the latest repair equipment for product support. The heavy-duty overhead crane, and high ceiling height, allows us to take on much larger service projects than we have done in the past. Customers will be impressed.”
In addition to equipment rentals, the Post Falls facility will provide new and used equipment sales, in-shop and mobile service, a comprehensive parts inventory, training, warranty service and other value-added services.
H&E Equipment Services has 68 locations throughout the Gulf Coast, Mid-Atlantic, Intermountain, Southwest, Northwest and West Coast regions. Based in Baton Rouge, La., H&E is No. 8 on the RER 100.
