Neff Rentals Improves Sales Performance With Bluewolf

Neff Rentals has contracted with Bluewolf, a consulting firm, to extend its Salesforce CRM application to enable its sales reps to access tailored customer information on a single screen, either at the customer’s site or in the field.

Neff’s sales staff faced a logistical challenge trying to access critical data while trying to close a deal at a client’s office. The Bluewolf application provides immediate access to vital information, customer data and daily task prioritization. Bluewolf worked with Neff Rental to customize its Salesforce CRM application with a new user interface called a Planner Tab, to improve usability and integration of new sales screen designs with its database.

“Bluewolf has helped our total sales call volume increase over 10 percent by customizing the sales screens on our Salesforce CRM application with a new Planner Tab,” said Steve Settelmayer, Neff’s vice president of sales and marketing. “This improvement in call volume is the equivalent of adding 15 more sales representatives, without incurring the expense.”

Using Bluewolf’s Force.com platform, Neff Rental salespeople can reschedule, reassign and consolidate tasks across different jobsites. The platform is entirely Internet-based, eliminating the need to manage and maintain software infrastructure.
