Aerial rental company Trico Lift named Chris Carmolingo, an 18-year veteran of the company, to the new post of chief operating officer. At the same time, Trico named John Paz, former owner of Godwin Pumps, executive chairman of Trico Lift’s board of directors.
On the Carmolingo promotion, Trico Lift president and CEO Ken Pustizzi said: “In his new role, Chris will focus on maintaining Trico Lift’s operational and customer service excellence standards as we expand in Texas, integrate the acquisition of Modern Group’s aerial lift assets and grow our market share in the mid-Atlantic region.”
Carmolingo most recently served as executive vice president, instrumental in the creation and development of the company’s sales and marketing program and many other operational accomplishments.
Paz, well known for his aggressive leadership of Godwin, a major pump manufacturer and rental company, will provide operational leadership and counsel to Trico Lift as it continues its aggressive growth. “As a long-time advocate and supporter of Trico Lift, I’m pleased to be in a position to help guide this company towards the realization of its vision to be the best provider in the industry,” Paz said.
“Having worked with Chris Carmolingo for nearly two decades and watched John Paz build Godwin Pumps into a world-class company, it is a tribute to Trico Lift’s historical performance and future opportunities that they are willing to assume these roles to support our expected growth,” added Pustizzi. “Our mutual goal is to build Trico Lift into the premier aerial lift company in its geographic footprint and those recent appointments will help us achieve that goal.”
Based in Millville, N.J., Trico Lift is No. 53 on the RER 100.
