Current American Rental Association president Hal Roe was named Mel Bedwell Small Businessperson of the Year by the Cleveland/Bradley (Tennessee) Chamber of Commerce. Bradley is owner of Bradley Rentals in Cleveland, Tenn.
Roe is the 12th individual to receive the award since it was renamed in honor of local businessman Mel Bedwell, a loyal and supportive member of the Small Business Committee of the Chamber of Commerce.
Roe opened Bradley Equipment Rental in October 1992.
