Worldwide industrial services and engineered products company Harsco Corp. this week said a new strategic alliance with Irex Contracting Group will expand Harsco’s access services to the industrial maintenance and infrastructure construction markets in the United States and Canada. The agreement establishes Harsco as a preferred supplier of scaffolding and labor services on industrial and infrastructure sector projects throughout North America.
Irex, based in Lancaster, Pa., operates a network of mechanical insulation and environmental services for office, residential and institutional buildings, manufacturing facilities power plants, process plants, and other heavy industrial installations.
Harsco Infrastructure is a worldwide business group operating in more than 40 countries and specializing in highly engineered rental access, forming, shoring and site support equipment and services. The company is based in Harrisburg, Pa.
