Topp Portable Air introduces its compact Safe-Heat IDF-700 indirect-fired temporary heater, engineered for a wide variety of heating and drying applications. The IDF-700 produces 700,000 BTU per hour of clean, efficient, indirect-fired heat. Showcasing its versatility, the IDF-700 can operate on diesel, natural gas or propane fuel for maximum convenience.

“We designed the IDF-700 based on what our customers told us they wanted,” says Ken Morello, vice president of sales for Topp Portable Air. “The unique recirculation design of the IDF-700 offers our customers the ability to pull return air, increasing the heater's efficiency, resulting in significant fuel savings given the rising fuel costs today.”

The backward incline blower produces up to 2 inches of static pressure and generates an airflow rating of 7,000 cfm with ducting capability up to 200 feet with 24-inch duct outlets. Additional features include a digital control panel that displays hour meter, phase rotation reverser, inlet and outlet temperatures, and a remote thermostat is included for precise temperature control.

“The heater is easy to operate and installation is quick and easy, which saves technicians time on the job,” Morello says.

The IDF-700 is available skid or trailer mounted and is designed for heating and drying construction, industrial oil, gas and restoration applications.
