RSC Equipment Rental last week named Robert Fox II, a human resources executive with considerable experience in leadership development and succession planning, senior vice president – human resources.
“Equipment rental is a service business and as such our most important asset is our employees,” said president and CEO Erik Olsson. “Bob will be charged with implementing procedures and practices that develop the very best leadership qualities throughout our operations, as well as maintaining our standard of having the best employees in the industry.”
Fox comes to RSC most recently from Carlson Companies, a private company in Minnesota that operates hotels, restaurants and travel agencies, where he was vice president of human resources for the past four years. Previously he served in the same post for dj Orthopedics in California, and worked for nearly 20 years in human resources positions with Honeywell Inc.
Based in Scottsdale, Ariz., RSC Equipment Rental is No. 2 on the RER 100.
