Five months after Steve Shaughnessy stepped down as president of Skyjack Inc., his replacement Ken Myers has left the company according to sources close to the company.

Linamar Corp, Skyjack’s parent company, has not commented on what led to Myers’ departure. The Guelph, Ontario-based aerial work platform manufacturer will be led by its senior management team until Myers is replaced. The company expects no disruptions or difficulties and was active at The Rental Show this week.

In October 2010, Myers replaced Steve Shaughnessy, who served as Skyjack president for less than a year. Before taking over as Skyjack president, Myers was group president for Linamar’s powertrain division.
