Franklin Park, Ill.-based material handling and aerial equipment specialist Lizzy Lift recently announced it will donate 10-percent of the proceeds from rentals on its newly acquired 60/80 Versa Lift to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

The brightly painted pink and blue Versa Lift is adorned at the front with a pink ribbon, signifying the partnership and financial pledge Lizzy Lift has made to BCRF.

“Liz and Jen decided that because we have ‘weathered the storm’ and have the means to do so that donating funds to the BCRF is a great way to give back,” said Anne Wightman, rental manager, Lizzy Lift. “It seems, unfortunately, that everyone has had a person in their life affected by breast cancer.”

Lizzy Lift is owned and operated by co-owners Jennifer Lombard and Elizabeth Faruzzi. For more about the woman-owned Lizzy Lift, read the story in RER at rermag.com/features/equipment_dream_girls/index.html.
