McClung Logan Buys Assets from Volvo’s Elkridge, Md., Dealership

Volvo Construction Equipment dealer McClung Logan Equipment Co., based in Baltimore, has acquired certain assets from Volvo’s Elkridge, Md., location.

McClung Logan has added Volvo compaction equipment and milling products to its existing portfolio, which, before the acquisition, included wheel loaders, excavators, articulated haulers, motor graders, compact wheel loaders and excavators, skid-steer loaders and backhoe loaders.

The acquisition was announced by Tom Logan, president of McClung Logan, who said the transition will be “seamless and uninterrupted.”

While a transition plan is established, VCES Elkridge, Md., will remain operational to support its customers with Skyjack, Ingersoll Rand Tool & Hoist, Club Car and Solar Tech products.
