Asheville, N.C.-based Volvo Construction Equipment last week acquired Wolverine Tractor & Equipment Co., its authorized dealer for the state of Michigan.
Under the new ownership, the company will continue to operate under the Wolverine name from its present sales and services branches located in Detroit, Brighton, Byron Center, Casco, Holt and Grand Rapids, Mich.
