Wacker Neuson Replaces Chairman of the Board

Wacker Neuson’s board of directors last week removed chairman Hans Neunteufel from his post. Dr. Ulrich Wacker, who was serving as vice chairman, will take over as board chairman until further notice.

Wacker Neuson officials did not offer any explanation for Neunteufel’s ouster.

Wacker Neuson is based in Munich with U.S. headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
