Titan Machinery has finalized its acquisition of East Helena Rental, an independent rental center in Helena, Mont.

East Helena Rental has been in business for more than 15 years. The facility will benefit from synergies with Titan Machinery’s existing locations in Missoula, Great Falls, Bozeman and Big Sky, Mont. In its most recently reported fiscal year, East Helena Rental generated revenue of about $1 million.

“We are excited about the acquisition of East Helena Rental, as it will enable us to further capitalize on the construction rental opportunity and provide parts and service capabilities in the Helena area,” said David Meyer, Titan Machinery chairman and CEO. “This complements our rental locations that were part of the ABC Rental acquisition completed last year.”

Titan Machinery, founded in 1980, is based in West Fargo, N.D. The company is a multi-unit business with mature locations as well as newly acquired facilities. Titan owns and operates a network of full-service agricultural and construction equipment stores in the United States and Europe, with 96 dealerships in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Wyoming, Wisconsin and Colorado, and 10 European dealerships in Romania and Bulgaria. The Titan Machinery dealerships represent one of more of the CNH brands, including Case IH, New Holland Agriculture and Construction, Case Construction, Kobelco and CNH Capital. The company has been growing its rental program in recent years.
