ThyssenKrupp Safway Expands Canada Operations

ThyssenKrupp Safway, a full-service scaffold company offering scaffold rental, sales, training, engineering, labor, inventory and project management, has opened a new branch in Sarnia, Ontario. The company, based in Waukesha, Wis., has about 84 branches in the United States and 12 in Canada.

The branch is managed by Martyn Williams.

“His extensive network of contacts in the busy Sarnia petrochemical sector has greatly facilitated our growth opportunities in this highly competitive industrial scaffolding market,” said Ontario regional manager Peter King.

In addition to experience in tool and die fabrication, business development and project management, Williams has scaffolding experience through a family-owned business.
