Genset Maker Pramac in Liquidation

Italian generator manufacturer Pramac recently went into liquidation after a special meeting of shareholders on May 23 rejected a restructuring and recapitalization proposal from the company’s board of directors. Instead, shareholders appointed a board of liquidators charged with liquidating the company’s assets, International Rental News reported.

Pramac is a maker of portable generators, light towers and material handling equipment.
