A new smartphone application is available to help customers search for oil and gas tools and other related equipment for rent, sale or lease. Developed as the mobile marketing arm of Oilfield Directory, 411oil.com offers a new smartphone-optimized web service to serve as an oil and gas business directory.
Companies involved in oil exploration, oil drilling, production, completion, construction or industrial projects can use the app to find the equipment they need via GPS-enabled searches and then contact them instantly via Instant Messenger, email or phone. The 411oil.com website or app is designed to help oil or gas businesses find rental equipment for both short-term and long-term projects.
“411oil.com lists rental companies that have the oilfield equipment rental and oilfield tools needed to complete any oil and gas project,” said company spokesman Scott Steele. “In fact, we invite companies with equipment rental and oilfield tool rentals to list their tools and equipment for rent in our rental database.
