A new website focused exclusively on the rental industry was launched last week at The Rental Show in Orlando, Fla., by MAD Marketing owner/president Michael Disser, formerly vice president of marketing for Chicago-based NES Rentals.

“Fundamental Rental.com is an online resource that connects equipment manufacturers, rental companies and rental equipment users,” said Disser. “Fundamental Rental.com was specifically designed for companies associated with the rental industry to tap into and benefit from the steadily increasing volume of rental-related Internet traffic, while helping to build their online brand and revenues.”

The website features several unique applications including, Map Your Biz, where rental companies can have their locations plotted on a map, list key equipment offerings and receive rental quote requests from visiting equipment users. In addition, Fundamental Rental.com will offer its rental partners proprietary market research and reporting on the traffic generated by the rental equipment end-users.

“We chose to launch Fundamental Rental.com at The Rental Show because we wanted to invite all rental companies and equipment manufacturers attending the show to partner with us,” said Disser. The website is free to all visitors, users and rental industry suppliers.

Disser, a 13-year veteran of the rental industry, has been working with New York-based private equity company Diamond Castle, as a consultant to help design and develop the Fundamental Rental.com website.
