Skyworks, a heavy equipment and aerial rental company, has finalized the acquisition of Razor Rents’ Midland, Texas, location, from the Leppo Group, extending the company’s footprint into the Southwest United States.
As part of Skyworks’ ongoing expansion strategy, this addition extends its fleet, infrastructure, and reach. Skyworks' Pennsylvania branches have served the oil and gas industry for many years, and the company now takes that expertise to Texas.
Skyworks, a major player in heavy equipment rental, sales and service, has branches in the Northeast, Midwest and Southeastern United States. Skyworks, No. 29 on the RER 100, is headquartered in Buffalo, N.Y.
