H&E Equipment Services Finalizes Acquisition of We-Rent-It
H&E Equipment Services announced it has completed the acquisition of We-Rent-It, a non-residential construction-focused equipment rental company in Texas.
With the acquisition of We-Rent-It, H&E Equipment Services expands to 22 branches in Texas and especially grows its presence in central Texas.

The assets include approximately $75 million of fleet based on original equipment cost and six branches serving the growing central Texas market.
“With the WRI acquisition, we expand our presence to 22 branches in Texas and improve our ability to better serve the healthy markets in the central portion of the state,” said Brad Barber, H&E Equipment Services CEO. “As a pillar of our growth strategy, we are continuing to pursue acquisitions that improve our density and complement our existing business within our footprint as well as enter new markets with solid non-residential construction demographics.”
H&E Equipment Services is No. 10 on the RER 100, with 96 branches on the West Coast, Intermountain, Southwest, Gulf Coast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
