Elite Equipment Rentals, a leading provider of specialized equipment rentals and services, announced the acquisition of ISG Inc. and ISG Rents, a well-established provider of equipment distribution and rental services in the Mid-Atlantic region.

This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in Elite's continued national expansion, strengthening its geographic footprint and enhancing its ability to serve customers with greater speed, availability, and localized support.

With ISG's strong regional presence, built over more than 40 years of service to municipalities and contractors across Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and beyond, Elite will expand both its rental and parts & service capabilities, delivering increased fleet availability and improved responsiveness to customers across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets.
