Palazzani Industrie Joins the Multitel Pagliero Group After Acquisition

The strategic transaction enables Palazzani Industrie to further strengthen its international presence and become part of an even more solid and competitive industrial group.

Palazzani Industrie announces its entry into the Multitel Pagliero Group, following the acquisition of a majority stake by the Piemonte, Italia-based company, a historic Italian company specialized in the design and production of truck-mounted aerial platforms. The strategic transaction enables Palazzani Industrie to further strengthen its international presence and become part of an even more solid and competitive industrial group, enhancing complementary expertise, technological synergies, and key market references.

The merger between Multitel Pagliero and Palazzani Industrie stems from a shared vision and common roots: two Italian family-run businesses with strong links to their local communities but firmly focused on exports, have built their growth on quality, technical expertise, continual innovation and close attention to customers. The two firms have been working together for more than 20 years, during which time a substantial technological and commercial synergy has developed.

This acquisition is therefore the natural continuance of an already established path, now taking on a new strategic dimension. In this respect, the acquisition is more than just an industrial step; it is the confirmation of an already tangible convergence between two companies that share similar market strategies and aspirations for working at heights.

“This acquisition represents a natural step in Multitel Pagliero’s growth path,” said Renzo Pagliero, president of Multitel Pagliero. “Palazzani Industrie is a company with which we share profound values, a solid industrial culture and an international vision. Together we will be able to further expand our worldwide reach and offer customers increasingly comprehensive solutions, while continuing to ensure the essential values of quality, innovation and reliability.”

From an industrial standpoint, the merging of the two companies will result in significant synergies, thanks to the complementary product lines, the companies said. Palazzani-tracked platforms and specialty machines will be added to Multitel’s truck-mounted platforms, creating an even broader and more versatile offering that can satisfy an even wider range of application requirements.
