Kinderhook Invests in Mersino Dewatering Inc. and Global Pump
Mersino Dewatering Inc., a provider of mission-critical water control solutions and pump rentals in North America, and its sister company Global Pump, a manufacturer of pumping equipment sold and distributed worldwide, is embarking upon the next phase of growth through a partnership with Kinderhook Industries LLC.
Mersino was founded in 1988 by Rod and Karen Mersino. Gino Mersino joined the company in 1991 and assumed responsibilities as CEO in 2001.

Mersino operates through a network of 13 branch locations that provide a nationwide service capability. Mersino also works closely with its sister company, Global Pump, to supply pumps to a network of 80 distributor locations across the United States and worldwide.
