Holt Wind Resources, an affiliate of San Antonio-based Holt Cat, last week acquired TGM Wind Services, which does business as Kardie Equipment, TGM founder Kevin Darby announced. The leadership, management, and staff of TGM Wind Services will remain with the company in their same capacities, Darby said.
Darby added that there will be no changes to customers’ points of contact with the company, nor will the acquisition affect any ongoing business with TGM Wind Services or Kardie Equipment.
Kardie Equipment has a large fleet of mobile elevating work platforms higher than 150 feet, especially truck-mounted Bronto Skylift units.
Based in Lakeway, Texas, Kardie Equipment is especially strong in MEWPs that repair wind turbines. Kardie is No. 94 on the RER 100.
