Sunbelt Rentals Adds Aerial Rental Companies in Arizona, New England

Sunbelt Rentals recently acquired Ross Equipment Rentals, an aerial equipment specialist serving Arizona since 1994, as well as American Aerial Equipment LLC, and DC Rentals, both in the New England region.

Sunbelt Rentals recently acquired Ross Equipment Rentals, an aerial equipment specialist serving Arizona since 1994, as well as American Aerial Equipment LLC, and DC Rentals, both in the New England region.

         Catalyst Strategic Advisors LLC served as exclusive transaction advisor to Ross Equipment Rentals. 

           Sunbelt also acquired American Aerial Equipment LLC, which has served Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut as a provider of mobile elevating work platforms. The business has primarily catered to the needs of commercial contractors with a fleet mix mainly comprised of scissor lifts, boom lifts and jobsite forklifts.

            “With the addition of a new AWP location in North Attleboro, Mass., Sunbelt Rentals can better serve the greater Providence, R.I., market by providing an effective rental solution for any project or job, including infrastructure, residential or commercial construction, facility maintenance, or homeowner applications,” Sunbelt said in a statement.

           Sunbelt also recently acquired DC Rentals, which has served southern Connecticut and the surrounding area as an aerial equipment rental provider. DC, also an aerial rental specialist has primarily served southern Connecticut and surrounding area.

            With the addition of a new AWP location in Connecticut, Sunbelt Rentals can better serve the greater Hartford/New Haven market by providing an effective rental solution for any project or job, including infrastructure, residential or commercial construction, facility maintenance, or homeowner applications, Sunbelt said.

         Craft Partners represented both American Aerial Equipment and DC Rentals in their transactions with Sunbelt.

        According to its latest annual report, Sunbelt Rentals has 837 locations in the United States and 1105 worldwide including the United Kingdom and Canada.

         Based in Fort Mill, S.C., it is No. 2 on the RER 100.
