The previously announced acquisition of Cascade Shoring LLC and Cascade Trench Safety LLC by Sunstate Equipment Co. has been completed.
Founded in 2006, Cascade provides vital trench safety equipment rental and sales to general construction and infrastructure contractors in the Pacific Northwest. Commenting on the completion of the acquisition, Steve Heneveld, CEO of Cascade said, “We are very pleased to be joining forces with one of the best equipment rental companies in the country. Founded in 1977 by Mike Watts, Sunstate Equipment, headquartered in Phoenix, now has more than 80 locations.
