Bobcat Company has expanded its dealer network with the addition of Bobcat of Fishersville as an authorized new and used sales, service, rental and parts provider of Bobcat equipment.

Curtis Lane Equipment acquired Valley Equipment Center, a former Takeuchi dealer, in February 2020. Now doing business as Bobcat of Fishersville, the dealership is the seventh location for Curtis Lane Equipment. With the addition of this new dealership, the enterprise will expand to better serve its growing East Coast customer base.

“Customers will benefit from Bobcat equipment because Bobcat brings the latest technology and innovations into their products,” said Joanna Gohlke, marketing coordinator for Curtis Lane Equipment. “Plus, the available resources and support Bobcat gives customers even after a purchase are superior.”

The seven Bobcat dealerships serve a variety of markets – including construction, landscaping and agriculture – with industry-leading compact equipment and parts, rental machines and attachments, and certified service technicians.

“We’re excited about this new location,” Gohlke said. “The former owner refers to it as an equipment mall surrounded by two major interstates. We think having competitor locations around this store will allow for die-hard competitive customers to be introduced to Bobcat for the first time or again.”

Bobcat of Fishersville will distribute Bobcat® equipment primarily in Augusta and Rock Bridge counties in northern Virginia. For more information, contact Bobcat of Fishersville at 540-213-0260 or visit Curtis-Lane.com.
