MBW in Slinger, Wis. hired Ray Hayles Sales to represent its line of concrete finishing, soil compaction and related equipment. The Dallas-based company's sales territory includes Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Wirtgen, a construction equipment manufacturer in Windhagen, Germany, bought the asphalt products of Chambersburg, Pa.-based Global. Global's asphalt product line includes the company's seven-model Pro Pav series of hot mix asphalt paving equipment.

Green Bay, Wis.-based Schneider Logistics agreed to a deal with CNH Global to provide full-service logistics management, including freight, material handling and port management, for the Racine, Wis.-based equipment manufacturer's 13 North American operations.

National Machine Works purchased Mighty Equipment, a manufacturer of scaffolds, mixers, loaders and other material-handling equipment based in Centerville, Tenn. The acquisition is expected to help generate revenues of more than $14 million over the next 12 months.

Grove in Shady Grove, Pa. named three new distributors for the manufacturer's industrial crane yardboss product line. They are Syracuse Equipment in N. Syracuse, N.Y., Modern Equipment Sales & Rentals in W. Conshokocken, Pa., and Levee Lift in Evansville, Ind.

Kobelco America changed its named to Kobelco Construction Machinery America to more clearly reflect the company's products and services. The Stafford, Texas-based manufacturer said company business will not affected by the name change.
