Construction Machinery in Anchorage, Alaska named Jack Moser president and CEO. He had been senior vice president/chief financial officer.

Quake Global in San Diego named Chris Johnson vice president of sales. He has 20 years experience in the heavy equipment, automotive and trucking industries. The company also named Jennifer Foreman business development director. She had been marketing manager.

John Ziebell was named general manager at De Neef Construction Chemicals in Waller, Texas. He has nearly 40 years experience with construction products.

Honeoye, N.Y.-based Stone Construction Equipment named Greg Goerke national accounts manager. The company also named Rob Newell domestic sales manager.

Arthur Blank, co-founder of Atlanta-based Home Depot, retired. He and Bernard Marcus founded the home-improvement retail chain in 1980. Mark Baker, chief operating officer and executive vice president of merchandising, also left the company.

Juan Andres Aixendri was named general manager at Automoviles Utilitarios SA (AUSA) in Barcelona, Spain. He had been commercial general manager for the firm which manufacturers site dumpers, terrain forklifts and cement mixers.

Cemen Tech in Indianole, Iowa named Matt Fahnlander regional sales manager for the West Coast region, including Arizona, California and Nevada.

Rosco Manufacturing named Bill Wilkins director of engineering and Jim Maytum director of quality assurance. Wilkins joined the Madison, N.D. firm in 1998 as senior project engineer and Maytum began in 1995 as director of engineering.

Elk Grove Village, Ill.-based Hyundai Construction Equipment named Christopher Meurer sales training manager. He has more than 15 years experience in sales, marketing, product management and training development in the construction equipment industry.

Deere & Co. named Kirk Siefkas chief information officer and corporate vice president. He had been vice president of the Moline, Ill.-based manufacturer's e-business unit.

JLG Industries in McConnellsburg, Pa. named David Baxter director of marketing. He had been with UpRight. The company also named Geert Van Hulle plant general manager at its new European aerial work platform manufacturing facility in Maasmechelen, Belgium. He had been with Lear.

Mowder is the president of Dixon Industries, Docherty is the vice president of sales and marketing at MTD Products, and Schultz is the CEO of Murray.

Skyjack in Guelph, Ontario named James Hacking president and CEO, replacing interim president Paul Riganelli. Hacking had been with IMT. Skyjack also named Linamar CEO James Jarrell to its board of directors, replacing Richard Campbell.

Daniel Perez was named inside sales coordinator at Holt Rental Services in Corpus Christi, Texas. He had been with Wal-Mart. The company also named Gabriel Nelson, Sr. field service technician at its Weslaco, Texas location. He has six years experience in the rental equipment industry.
