Hyundai Construction Equipment continues to expand its line of excavators with the introduction of two new excavators the R210LC-7 and R290LC-7.

These two new excavators are positioned in the middle of a 26-model excavator product line that Hyundai offers and feature an improved Computer Aided Power Optimization management system exclusive to Hyundai. The improvements to the CAPO system include new mode controls for greater operator efficiency and flexibility and a self-diagnostic display system that provides technical information for 48 distinct functions.

“The CAPO system maintains the optimum levels of engine performance and pump control so only the amount of oil necessary for maintaining high operating pressure is generated and used,” says J.J. Kim, president of Hyundai Construction Equipment. “As a result, the system guarantees greater operator efficiency, lower fuel consumption and a quieter operation.”

Other features include a completely redesigned cab, fully featured for optimal operator comfort and control, and enhanced hydraulics for longer component life. The cab has been widened with improved ventilation, maximum comfort, lower sound levels and large rear and side windows for greater operator performance. The undercarriage includes track rail guides and adjusters, reinforced box-section with all welded, low stress, high strength steel for greater machine performance.
