The production of its 100,000th scissor lift marked a manufacturing milestone at JLG Industries Inc., McConnellsburg, Pa. The company manufactured its 50,000th scissor lift in 1998 after 25 years of production, and now has doubled that quantity in just three years, reflecting the market recognition of the utility scissor lift-type work platforms.
