West Fargo, N.D.-based Bobcat Co. acquired the assets of its Bobcat distributor, Bobcat of Portland, from Hessel Tractor and Equipment, Portland, Ore.
“Bobcat Co. is proud of its distribution channel and this acquisition reflects our commitment to further strengthen our specialized distribution base,” said Doug Freitag, Bobcat Co. vice president of sales and marketing.
Bobcat will continue to serve the Portland market from the existing Bobcat of Portland location. Terms of the sale were not announced.
