Quinn Opens Bakersfield Branch

SANTA MARIA, Calif. — Quinn Rental Services opened a branch in Bakersfield, the company's eighth, manager of rental services Monte Baker told RER. Quinn Rental Services is a division of Fresno, Calif.-based Caterpillar dealer Quinn Equipment, which covers California's central valley and central coast areas.

Quinn Rental has become a major player in rentals since it acquired Santa Maria, Calif.-based Easter Rents several years ago.

“We've still got a long way to go,” Baker said. “We're trying to drive more small stuff throughout the organization. We do a full line of Caterpillar equipment, and I feel we do that very well, but we know that to play in the game we have to have a full complement of equipment, large and small.”

The branch is managed by Eric Green and is No. 59 on the RER 100.
