According to the latest RER website poll, 22 percent of respondents say their rental rates have increased 2 percent or less in the past year, 40 percent say their rates have increased 3 to 5 percent, 9 percent say their rates have increased 6 to 8 percent, and 27 percent say their rental rates have increased more than 8 percent.
