Harbour Group, a privately owned industrial holding company based in St. Louis, announced the formation of a new company to manage the operation of its cleaning equipment group. The new company, whose products include pressure washers, parts washers, and water-treatment and recycling equipment, will be called Cleaning Technologies Group.
Senior management of CTG will comprise executives from all companies in the group: The Hotsy Corp., Landa, Cuda Cleaning Systems and Rhino Industries. Landa president Andrew Gale will be CTG president.
Sam Fox, Harbour Group's chairman and chief executive, said that forming CTG would allow for, among other things, "an integrated marketing strategy." The brands, however, will continue to be marketed under their own names and sold through their individual distribution channels, Fox said.
Based in Camas, Wash., CTG will have more than 400 employees and projects annual sales in excess of $100 million.
