Carson, Calif.-based Multiquip recently reached an agreement with Conduit Internet Technologies to use Conduit's expertise for management of the company's multiple Web properties. Conduit is a leading provider of Channel Management and Demand Chain software for manufacturers.
Multiquip selected Conduit's suite software package for the management of multiple websites, online product catalogs and distributor support applications. The State College, Pa.-based company's software now serves as the underlying architecture and sole management tool for the Multiquip, MQ Power, Stow Construction Equipment, Sanders Saws and Diamond Back Web properties.
Multiquip has also licensed the Enterprise Website and Content Manager, Product Catalog and Configuration Manager, and Marketing and Communication Manager components of Conduit's Channel Management Suite.
“By assembling in one place all of the content and data that drives marketing, sales and service operations, Multiquip will be in a position to easily distribute content to channel partners, drive multiple content outlets like websites and print catalogs from a single data source, and assemble the most comprehensive repository of product and support data possible,” said Ethan Zoubek, Conduit's founder and head of sales and operations.
