JLG Announces Organizational Changes

McConnellsburg, Pa.-based JLG industries announced that two company officers will be assuming additional responsibilities to further enhance JLG's ongoing focus on their customers and end-users. Several key organizational placements were also named to support the continued expansion of the company's global markets.

“While our immediate focus for fiscal 2002 is on free cash flow, we will endeavor to assure that JLG is positioned to capitalize on the international and the North American markets when the economy eventually rebounds,” said Bill Lasky, chairman, president and CEO. “As part of this initiative, we are pleased to announce certain realignments and organizational changes to build upon the successes of our customer service and sales efforts, international presence and innovative product engineering.”

Craig Paylor, senior vice president of sales and market development, will assume responsibility for the company's North American marketing and customer support functions. Dan Sandonato, vice president of marketing and sales development, and John Louderback, vice president of customer support, will report directly to Paylor. Additionally, Louderback will assume responsibility for the total quality management function and the implementation of ISO 9001.

Wayne Lawson has been named general manager for the UK/developing markets and European marketing and customer support. Andrew Fishburn was promoted to director of UK sales and European marketing. Richard Bennett was promoted to director, product support.
