Dave Lowell was appointed sales representative, focusing on the company's aggregate and quarry customers in Southern Nevada.

JCB Inc., Savannah, Ga., appointed three new vice-presidents. Bob Wright, former senior vice president of sales for Volvo Trucks North America, joined JCB as vice president of sales. Arjun Mirdha has been named vice president of dealer development and will focus on growing JCB's dealer network. Mirdha is a seven-year JCB veteran who has worked in North America and Europe.
Larry Broadley joined the organization as remarketing manager. He will be responsible for remarketing JCB used equipment through the North American JCB dealer network. He will also direct JCB e.zone, the Internet online equipment guide that provides JCB dealers and customers with access to used construction equipment information.
Construction equipment wear parts manufacturer Ballantine Inc. appointed Myron Timmer as president and general manager April 1. Timmer brings vast experience and knowledge of replacement parts manufacturing and distribution to Ballantine. He will be responsible for overseeing all facets of Ballantine's operations.
