InTempo’s “drag and drop” dashboard builder is among the most powerful and user-friendly available in the rental industry. Our customers use dashboards to make every department and employee more efficient, including management, rental coordinators, sales, mechanics, and accounting. Many of our customers display dashboards on large TV monitors throughout their offices and stores, everywhere from behind the counter to the shop floor (see photos attached to application). As an example, a rental center dashboard can display OEC percentage by equipment status and lists of upcoming reservations and pickups; a service center dashboard can show incoming equipment and upcoming reservations to help technicians decide how to prioritize their work; a dashboard for management can show utilization and fleet status by location.
