NationsRent recently signed a five-year lease on an 8.8-acre property that formerly housed a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Nashville, Tenn., the Nashville Business Journal reported last week. NationsRent signed a lease for 30,000 square feet, including a 20-bay service facility, the used automobile building and four acres of parking lot. NationsRent currently has offices across the street and plans major facility improvements before moving into the building in the coming months.
The property is located on a street that formerly housed a number of automobile dealerships and is now attracting more diverse businesses.
Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based NationsRent is No. 6 on the RER 100.
