Southeastern Equipment Co., a rental company and distributor based in Cambridge, Ohio, has reached an agreement to become authorized dealer for Champion Motor Graders at its 15 branches in Ohio and southern Michigan.

“Our knowledge of the industry and product convinced us that the Champion line of compact motor graders would round out our current grader offering quite nicely for our customers, especially paving and parking-lot contractors and municipalities,” said Charles Patterson, president of Southeastern.

“With 52 years of proven experience in construction equipment sales and service and 19 branch locations spread across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky, Southeastern is a valuable addition to the Champion network of dealers,” said Woody Ferrell, vice president of sales and marketing for Champion.

Southeastern was founded by Bill and Nancy Baker in 1957, and also represents Case, Kobelco, Gradall, Bomag and Etnyre. A major rental player as well, Southeastern Equipment is No. 77 on the RER 100.
