Romco Equipment Acquires Conley Lott Nichols

Romco Equipment Co., a distributor of equipment for the construction, mining and aggregate industries has acquired Conley Lott Nichols, a Dallas-based road construction and aggregate equipment company.

Romco has purchased all the assets of CLN and retained most of the staff. Romco is creating a new paving and aggregate division, which will be led by Guy Brown, former general manager of CLN’s road-building division.

Both companies include rental among their services and both have been listed on the RER 100 in the past.
