Former AmQuip Crane Rental CEO Frank Bardonaro has been hired as president of sales and business development for Maxim Crane Works, RER has learned. After leaving AmQuip, Bardonaro became vice president and managing director of Terex Cranes global sales in Europe, a position he recently left.
Bardonaro, a nearly 30-year veteran of the crane rental industry, worked for Maxim from the late 1980s through 2001, when he joined AmQuip.
Bardonaro recently said he enjoyed his stint with Terex Cranes but was eager for the opportunity to return to the crane rental business.
Bridgeville, Pa.-based Maxim Crane Rental is No. 8 on the RER 100.
