Daniel and Christie Dance, owners of Georgetown, Texas-based Almighty Rentals, plan to break ground this fall on the nearby Berry Creek Business Park, a 12-acre, 80,000-square-foot commercial and retail development, impactnews.com in Austin is reporting. The project will include a 7,500-square-foot space for Almighty Rentals equipment and special events rental business.
Dance told impactnews.com he expects to complete Almighty Rentals’ new space within four to six months and the entire project within five years. He plans to use local suppliers and contractors including many of his own customers to complete the business park, which will also include 30,000 square feet of retail space, Dance said.
